Thanks very much. I tweaked the highlights in this one. This was captured with a canon 60D and 18-135mm lens. Thanks for asking.
Oh my gosh, how lovely, Frodo. Fascinating to see this unique view!

My first thought was, "like a child ready to unfold from the womb". All of God's new life just waits to burst forth. Beautiful. Makes me want to seek out a flower to capture in this way. Thank you. Sandy
Gorgeous photo Frodo...a beautiful capture!
There was a charming movie out a few years ago called "The Neverending Story" . In effect, there was a "world of imagination" that was coming to an end because people didn't read any more, nor imagine worlds outside their own. This world finally disintegrated until there was only a single grain of sand. However, that was enough because they'd found a young boy with boundless imagination and he was able to reconstruct the world. Your photo reminds me of that last grain of sand being re-imagined as the fount of all life. Very evocative Mike. I like this one a lot.
Beautiful capture at the right place at the right time!
