Since I can't afford every much, it will depend on how much the boy charges an hour. If too much, the boy goes and the goat stays.
The little goat can't do it. They are browsers not grazers...best there is if you wnat some bushes or brush trimmed back though! ;)
I beg to differ. We raised goats on our farm and used them to "mow" the front yard. The result was a perfect lawn because they nip the blades of grass. Sheep, cows and horses pull on the blades, often uprooting the entire plant.
