I'm experimenting with something new for me.........a dog portrait. This is our dog Sandy. She was nice enough to pose. She is a mutt. I like the sharpness of this photo.
Please download her!

Something new? We have owned 8 dogs over the last 30+ years and that's one reason I went digital. I can't even began to count how many photos of dogs I have taken and those of our friends and even their CATS. LOL

With your experience, you should make some $$$ taking the pics! It's all new to me.
I'd be interested in your critique of this photo. I'm wondering if it's bad to have her nose covered up???

Brent, the dog's a darling. I've taken the liberty of adding a frame
to enhance Sandy's canine magnificence.

Great DL.... Mutts RULE! All of my dogs have been of the shelter 'Heinz 57' variety. Sandy has the same soulful eyes as my Rita, Basenji, Italian Greyhound & ????

Nice shot, Brent... Look identical to our Italian Greyhound/Daschund mix we rescued; except Idgy has a LOT more grey on her face... We ONLY accept rescues into our home!

My wife was the webmaster for many years for a dog rescue foundation here in Texas. Finally couldn't "take it" any longer . . .

Yeah, Sandy is a pound rescue dog too. Mutts are the best! Cheaper too!

We bought one of our dogs at a yard sale. We even got their pictures taken with Santa every year.
