Wacom Tablet & PSE 13 Bundled

I was recently considering upgrading my PSE from ver 9 to the current ver 13.
A friend pointed out that Wacom often bundles PSE with their lower priced pads.
I have been unable to locate the combo since it seems that Adobe has switched the software package.
Does anyone know where I might be able to purchase this combo. It is almost like upgrading PSE and getting the Wacom free.

Too rich for my SS budget. I'm actually looking for one of the Intos (?) tablets that are around $100.
Also wondering why they do not tell you what ver of the software is included.

You will probably have to check the Wacom box to see what all is included with the tablet. For a $100.00 small tablet I don't know if they will include PSE or not, but I'm extremely sure they are NOT going to include the latest release of PSE. Usually when a device comes with software like that it is several revisions old, so you may not get anything better than the PSE 9 you currently have. However, those Wacom pads are great and worth the price even without the extra software package.
