Hey all you new Nikon P900 users, we are patiently waiting for some pics and comments about your new camera. I am thinking of buying one and would like some more pros or cons on the new toy.
Thank you all.

I have posted several P900 photos. Suggest you search P900.

I too have been keeping an eye on this camera. It's fairly new, so not many are posting images with it yet. But there's a bunch on Flickr. Looks like an outstanding long zoom camera with a very sharp focusing lens.

Have a look:

Thanks for the link James56. I checked it out and the pics look pretty amazing for such a small sensor. Might be a P900 in my future.

Might be for me too although I'm in no hurry. I'm a bridge camera fan. Arthritis prevents me from carrying to much gear. Sadly, I'm a Sony shooter and it appears they've dropped out of the small camera business due to the influx of cell phones. The market for small cameras is swinging that direction, but this Nikon looks like it has lots going for it. Plus, I love that it's a fairly big camera...one you can be proud of pulling out around all the DSLR folks.

James,

I too have arthritis. It's hard for me to carry the D800 and a large lens for any great distance. The P900 is rather large for a bridge camera, but it's pretty tiny comparatively

Hi katfish - I posted a few pics taken with my recently acquired Nikon P900 and you can find them in Photo Gallery under 1) Magpie and 2) Bits and Pieces. I am a beginner so the pics are not necessarily the best the camera can do.

Thanks for the info. I will check them out. I'm sure the pics will be just fine. Thank you.
