This was pretty much my main thing as far as photography goes...spent many years photographing cars for my Club as well as interstate competitors...even some overseas visitors to our race track... :-D

I like them all; but the pipes on that straight six are a standout.

It's an E Type Jag motor Erich...it was a beautiful car all over...I shot it at a Jaguar Driver's Club show day... :-D

Don't know if I would want to own a Jag. I've heard horror stories; but visually they consistently make beautiful cars. Even the newer ones are distinctive. An the F-Type....forget about it! Probably the best looking car on the planet.

Oil leaks and rust were the enemies of the early models Erich...

Interesting and well taken photos, Ron. I especially like the Bugatti.
Sorry, but not being a car buff (totally ignorant, actually), I can't appreciate the "what" of these photos. Is the SX2002 yours and does that user ID have significance to autos?

Yes, the SX2002 is mine...it's a Nissan 200SX Silvia and was made in 2002... :-D

Been a car nut since I was a kid, my Dad was the neighbourhood mechanic. I spent many hours in the shed doing valve grinds on people's cars as well as other things...
My car will be 13 years old in August and has only done 46,000ks (about 27,000miles) and is in as new condition...it was my retirement present to myself...it cost me $45,000 back in 2002...
