Cokin makes an IR filter but, you'll need their mount & adapter. The downside is it requires significant adjustment to your exposure time as it blocks almost all visible light.

A red #25 filter will give you some of the effect. A Hoya 52mm R72 IR filter will set you back $43.00. Maybe one of our fellow Hoggers has a used one that you can borrow.

I'm not sure what you're referring to by 65.00 lens. Any standard lens can be used for IR work. All it takes is an IR filter and make sure you're shooting in B&W mode.
