Took the Panasonic DMC-G6, the Panasonic 100-300 Zoom lens & the 16mm extension tube, mounted the gear on my monopod and went hunting. Here are two of the captures; please try the downloads and double click if desired.

Ahhhh once more into the primordial soup. Hold your camera high Jim ..... we wouldn't want you to slip under the ooze.

I don't think I've ever seen a better picture of a displaying lizard, Jim. We always called the red membrane the 'money bag'. LOL Super shots!

Thanks Dixie, I had to pre-focus on him and wait patiently, but I think the shot is worth it. He was definitely trying to impress a female or he was trying to entice a fight. Often times its one and the same. So glad you enjoyed the shots Dixie and thanks again for stopping by and the nice comment. :-D

Thanks Carol, there was a lot of activity out there today, but the wind was blowing pretty hard and it was a challenge getting and keeping the in focus. I really appreciate your visit and nice comment. :-D
