Looks like they stripped all the outside wood off and possibly sold it to make picture frames. You can buy it back at Hobby Lobby and others that sell barnwood frames.

Old weathered barn wood is in high demand for interior decoration like in restaurants.

It really is a nice picture. Wish there was some interest in the sky. Clouds? If you can't insert a new sky then crop some of it off. I like the picture and I think you did a good job in capturing it

there are so many that are wasting away. I remember my father in law had one on his farm that needed repair. he could either fix it up or put up a steel building for the same amount. he chose to fix his up. had limited use because he didn't have cattle any and the wall were not high enough to use for machinery. now after he is gone it to is rotting away.
