Another GAS attack purchase. Something I thought I just had to have. Well, not so much. Nice product--the 4 section aluminum monopod is less than 2 lbs and collapses to 20". It's sturdy enough to use as a walking stick and works great with the head.
New on B&H the monopod is $89.88 and the head is 49.88 for a total of $139 and change.

Could not tell from picture on B & H does the head have a level?

Too bad I bought Manfrotto last year and I just received an Opteka Tomahawk Grip Action Head. My total was a lot more than yours is going for.
Yours looks like it has a mounting plate to put tripod legs on.

It does not. Because of the dynamics of the monopod and how it's used, I'm not sure a level would be as useful as it would on a tripod.
