Now this is a really good photo. Don't see much wrong with it. If anything, maybe a higher f-stop to bring the birds tail into focus. At any rate...it's still a pretty darned good shot.

This is an exceptional photograph. Color saturation is perfect and your focusing is spot on the eye where it should be. But probably the best aspect of this image is the pose within the composition. It's superb. James brings up the point of a higher f stop and that may improve it a little bit but you'd pay for in higher ISO and you're already at ISO 3200. Over all there isn't much wrong with this picture and you should be proud of it.

You did a great job with this shot. We get these a lot at our feeders and I've got a ton of shots of them, but I've never gotten anything nearly as good a photo as you did. Way to go.
