Burrowing Owls & Great Horned Owl Photos - Arnold

This past Saturday I went to Brian Piccolo Park to photograph Burrowing Owls and Long Key Nature Center to photograph Great Horned Owls.
For the Tech Geeks -
A Nikon D300S with a Nikon 70-200mm f-2.8 VR lens and a 1.4X Nikon Teleconverter was used take the first 2 photos. The last photo was taken with a Nikon D300S with a Nikon 500mm f-4.0 manual focus lens and a 1.4X Nikon Teleconverter. I also used a SB800 Flash with a Better Beamer to take the last photo. Lightroom 4 was used to do all my post processing.
I would appreciate your feedback and critique on these photos.
