You need either a Tundra case or a Pelican case. I use the Tundra 821, I have 3 of them. One will hold 2 bodies, 6 lenses, a flash and accessories.
Below is the case I use for my digital equipment. I also have a grey one for my film gear, and a black one for my medium format gear. They only come with pluck-foam now, this one with dividers is over 20 years old.

When I'm in a situation that involves the words, "if boat turns over," I bring a waterproof P&S, and I wear a bathing suit.

As for waterproof camera bags, they're all over the place. Some are waterproof, and some come with a little raincoat that fits over it when needed.

I have 3 with the pluck foam. Would prefer the dividers, because once you do the pluck foam you can't change the format.

Try www.lowepro.com. Choose a style, then check out the models in that style.

Oh, water proof... well that may be difficult. But, this is my bag and this company may be able to help.

The hard cases ? I much prefer them... The one I'm using now is two small, but UPS will bring me a larger one tomorrow according to tracking..
Oh, I have seen waterproof ones but do not remember who or what... Go to google and ask....
