This lens was purchased new from B&H a little over 1 year ago. NOT A GRAY MARKET LENS. It has barely been used. Looks and operates like new. I have a 24-70 f2.8 that I bought from a friend for a great price so now I never use this lens, even though I do like the macro capability.
I will let it go for $500 plus $20 for shipping. Lens caps and original box included. I can send a PayPal invoice which can be paid with a credit card. You do not have to be a PayPal member. PM me if you need more info.

I would *love* to get my hands on one of these, to complement my new 7D. Unfortunately, because of the new 7D, my finances are stretched to the limit... When the time comes, I will probably have to trade my T4i for one. Good luck...

It's a nice lens. Very sharp and very smooth zoom. I assume you still play trombone?? I played in High School.

I'm just an honest guy. I say it's like new. If I was a scammer I could post a picture of a new lens and then send you my beat up lens. I am not a scammer. If you buy the lens and think it is not like new you can return it and I will refund your money. Now if you buy the lens and decide you really did not want a 24-105 or you wish it was a f2.8, well that has nothing to do with whether it is like new or not.

Yep, still play a bit, although I don't practice very often. I started in high school, more than 45 years ago now! Spent 10 years in an Army band, and played in all kinds of bands and orchestras over the years. Now it's just mainly bits and pieces in church...
