Is the slide holder missing a film strip base (broken off?)? What do you mean by "crusty," corroded or does it have the crinkle finish? And how did the hole in the bellows occur, worn, rotted, punctured? Lot of questions, but by your description it sounds pretty well beaten up.

I don't what someone to think they are getting something perfect. I got it as part of a package deal. All the stuff looks like it has been stored in a basement in an open box for many years. On the slide holder, it looks as if one film strip holder has been modified. I've never seen one of these in person, but it all seems to work. I'll post more pictures in a bit. On the bellows, the pin hole is at one corner of the second fold. If I extend the unit and shine a bright light at 90* angle, I can see a bit of light. A piece of tape would be a functional fix, but I can't see a way for the light to get to the image sensor if you just left it the way it is.
