Hey, at least you're still posting! Good for you. It's an interesting capture of one of nature's awesome wonders. You have fairly good composition with the branch crossing diagonally across the frame. This cause the viewer's eyes to work through the photograph.
I would attempt to pick contrasting values of light & dark on future shots of this type. Because of the forum's small photo size restriction it's difficult for an old fat blind man like me to distinguish between the foreground branch and the background.
Thanks for posting today and keep shooting.
Thanks for your comment and advice. Photography is my hobby. I do not know any tricks and I am ready to learn. Please let me know how to improve my picture and pick contrasting values of light & dark. I use Canon EOS 300D digital with 18-55mm lens.
Editing your posted photo wasn't easy but I think you can get the idea. The interesting portion of your photo, the branch with water droplets, need to stand out, separate itself from the similarly colored and lit background. Ideally you should look for this when composing the shot. Change your angle of shooting to look for those color and darkness differences.
Here I gave the original background a warmer(brown) cast, while darkening the needles of the main branch. I even added a touch of light blue to the sky to contrast it from everything else.
Original - Unedited
Enhanced with above suggestions

Actually a Photoshop Plug-in filter called Vivesa 2 by Nik software. It allows precise adjustments to any portion of a photo.
