I'd like to thank Dewman for his post "imagine that" early in March. He shared his experiance about a pro master product search that lead him to a gentleman in Product support at pro master. I also was trying to find a replacement part for my pro master travel tripod that I puchased in December 2012. Having searched online including the pro master site, (i never thought to contact them further as the tripod was out of warranty.) I called my local camera store where I purchased it. The young man said he would check for part availability and get back to me, that was in January. Long story short Dewman sent me contact info of the pro master representative. The representative asked me to mail the tripod to him and he would take care of the problem. My reply was please let me know when it arrives and the price for repair. I recieved a brand new one in the mail yesterday. Never would have happened if Dewman hadn't shared his story. Thanks Dewman

Excellent! A hat tip to Promaster for their excellent customer service and to you for sharing it as well. I think too often we all tend to look at the down side of things and don't remember to share the many positives we see along life's path.
