Gov. Hutchinson has vetoed it.
The house passed this other bill. HB1669 which is described as,
AN ACT TO PROMOTE THE RIGHTS GUARANTEED BY THE FIRST
AMENDMENT OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION; TO
PROTECT A CITIZEN'S RIGHT TO OBSERVE AND RECORD
PUBLIC EVENTS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSE

No limits to what a group of extreme right or left wingers can do. Both are very happy to control the other extreme's rights.
The Senate in Idaho last year passed a bill requiring pregnant woman to have a vaginal ultrasound. Fortunately cooler heads thought invading women's vaginas might not be an appropriate function of the state.
