When you plug any storage into your PC, the computer recognizes it as an additional drive.

1.) Open up the location where your pictures are.

2.) Open up a second window with the CF card destination open.

Make sure the windows are side by side on the monitor not overlapping so you can see what you are doing.

3.) highlight the first file to be moved, hold down shift and highlight the second file to be moved. They will turn a color to show that they are selected.

4.) Hold down the left click button on one of the highlighted files and (while holding that button down) drag the files from one window to the other window.

5.) Sit back and wait for them to all move.

As mentioned above, to move images one at a time just left click on the image, when you have the windows open next to each other and then hold the left mouse click and drag into the other file on the other window and release the left button and it moves it there.

If you wish to drag a number of files, if they are in order left clcik the first one then hold shift down and then move to the last one and left click again. Release the shift key and now move the cursor over your highlighted images and left click and hold once and then drag everything over to the file you wish to put them in in the other folder.

If there are random files to move, you can left click the first file, then hold down your CTRL button and continue to singley left click each image you want and it will be added to your grouping. When the group is comeplete you release the CTRL button and again as bepofre, left click and hold once, on your group and drag them into your file on your CF card.

You could also right click on each image and in the box that pops up, run down the list until you see copy and click on it. Then move to your file on the CF card and right click in that file and again when the box opens, run down the list and this time click on paste.

Click on the Start button - then on the right side you will see "help and support". (or simply press the F1 key and the same thing will pop up.) Click on that and the ask the questions you need answered there. This is basic computer 101 skills that you need to learn and all computers have help built right into them.

I'm curious - why are you transferring a photoshopped image TO a cf card?

Thanks!

You have to have disk burning software like Nero or something similar to burn disks. There are free ones online too. You can't just move/drag or copy them in Windows Explorer from the hard disk icon to a CD icon.

You CAN move/drag or copy photos onto a CF card though.
