I haven't posted in a while. We had a warm winter with a lot of rain. Several winter sports were cancelled or relocated due to the lack of snow including the ceremonial start of the Iditarod which was moved from Anchorage to Fairbanks.

The ceremonial start of the Iditarod remained in Anchorage.

The restart was moved from Willow to Fairbanks. This is the second time that has happened, as it was also restarted in Fairbanks in 2003.
