I purchased this camera in Sept, 2014 new from amazon, USA not grey mkt.
It has less than 600 shutter actuation's and is in mint condition. I replaced it with a D7100 and was going to keep it but now there is a lens I want so this camera has to go towards the purchase of the new lens. Includes body cap, Nikon Battery and charger and 2 after market batteries. Original box and manuals. $450.00 Shipped
I will accept Paypal or USPS postal money order.
pm me here if interested or email

Just to note that this is an awesome camera. I bought two last month: one for me and one for my wife when she said, "How come you get a new camera and I don't?"
Price is good. I paid about the same for a little more used one and a refurb.
Just playing with the wireless today. Set my camera on a tripod a couple feet from the bird feeder. Watched the monitor on my phone from inside till I took the shots.
(PS: I'd have kept the D5300 over the D7100 any day. Weighs half as much and has extra features like articulated screen, wireless, and GPS. I once went from a D5100 to a D7000 and realized my mistake in a few months and dumped the D7000.)

Nice Shots, I have saved money on lenses on the D7100 which I cannot use on the D5300, but your right the D5300 is an awesome camera

Ah, that is THE reason I understand to get a D7xxx over a D5xxx. Or not if you don't have lenses that need the focusing motor in the camera.
