Managed to get out with my Tamron 150-600mm, using it in "anger" for the first time. Pleased with the results and all shots taken hand held, which was a bit challenging but do-able.

I have three questions. What are you angry about? Where are these wetlands? What is the bird in the fourth photo?

Very nice. I like the way you isolated the two birds in the first two shots.

Hi Fergus, the term using it "in anger" this side of the Atlantic simply means, used properly, I'm not angry :) ..The Slimbridge Wetlands are in Gloucestershire England on the banks of River Severn....fourth bird is a Grey crowned Crane.... Thanks for looking at the photo's.
