When I walked my dog last night I noticed these two ..
The Moon and Venus it looked like they where pretty close together ...:-)
Went home , set up my camera and took a shot.
Nikon D700 ,2x teleconverter, Nikon300mm 2.8
ISO560 - f 10.0 - 1/25 s

Good one, isn't it just amazing how big they must be if we can see them with our naked eye from that far away? Really nice and sharp shot, good job.

Nice shot, Fons. Lots of good contrasts in this one, not the least of which is your razor-sharp moon and cloud-covered and soft Venus. Nice work!
