I am not sure where you are looking, but I just looked again at the Canon web site and their "refurbished" one is $229.00 and new at $429.00 See attached snapshot of their site.

If you're not interested in the camera, why try to step on his chance of selling it for his asking price?

Unfortunately, that is why I quit listing on UHH after one listing. Too many know it all jerks that want to create discord. I now solely use ebay and Craigs list, and have been very happy selling my used gear when I upgrade.

Not to mention, Canon doesn't have them all the time. Just because they have one today, doesn't mean they will have one tomorrow. Refurbs, that is.

I have the canon sx50 With the remarkable zoom range it is the most just plain fun I have ever had with a camera. when I looked for mine (just a few months ago) I found more for sale at higher prices then what you are asking I think your price is fair. Just Saying.

I got my refurb, for $200. And you could absolutely not tell the difference between it, and a 'brand new' one. Yes, it was compared to my neighbors 'brand new in the box' unit.

I am not sure this thread is helping me to sell my camera. Does anyone know if I can delete it and start over? Thanks

Even with all the retorical replies, (including my own), I really don't see why someone hasn't scooped that up for 250.

You hit the nail on the head, Jake. I have sold several items on here in the past, and each time some idiot has to write that he knows where the item can be purchased cheaper. If you don't like the asking price, go elsewhere and buy it. I won't sell here any more.

I have this camera. It is amazing for the price. $250 is an excellent buy for a camera with these features and this image quality. Hold to your price and don't let rude folks get you down.

David
