I let my 80mm go to a school , so they could enjoy astronomy after reading that their 60mm was ruined
I read thru a friend that a school in Michigan had a 60mm refractor in terrible shape, so I sent them my 80mm /eq1 mount with the RA motor and some quality 1 1/4 eyepieces and barlows. All for the benefit of inspiring a young mind and to help me to get a 5x powermate. It was used but, excellent condition everything worked well and they wouldn't have to buy anything for it. I felt like I did my part after paying to mail it , I walked away with 60$ took a loss but, if one child gets interested it will be a WIN WIN for the team.

Congratulations and thank you Stepping Beyond.

That was mighty kind of you I hope the kids get lots of good use out of it.
