Does her right eye look OK like this?
I read somewhere that when taking portraits with a person's face on angle, you need to make sure to either hide the "other" eye completely or show it completely.
Does the fact that her hair casts a shadow over the right eye ruin the picture? Or is it barely noticeable?
I've been staring at it for too long, so I can't tell now :)
I know nothing about portrait photography but that right eye just looks strange to me. I think it would have been better if she had been turned more toward you. I read somewhere to not let the nose extend past the cheek.
Turn her toward you, just so you can see her right eye.

The lighting almost creates an optical illusion, as though the right side of her face was completely hidden. That's from the hair falling over her face and the dark shadow that results. Also, it looks as though her right eye is looking in a slightly different direction. I'm not a portrait photographer by any stretch, so I'll refrain from offering solutions. But I do see a couple of problems.

Is it me, or does the right eye seem like it is looking slightly in a different direction than the left eye? May be an optical illusion. She is a pretty lady.
Because you can see the white extending under the iris, it suggests that the right eye is looking upward more than the left. Which is a bit disconcerting.
Should have faced just a little more towards you but still have that downward look. Nice pose.
It looks a little strange......but it can be fixed in photoshop....no problemo.
When doing a profile shot, you either show the eye that is away from you or you don't. There is no in between. The rule of thumb is show the eye so you complete the pose. (So, you can see the complete expression being conveyed). Or, don't show the eye, the tip of the nose should be even with the cheek. With protraiture, it is best not to depend on photoshop.
This is neither a profile or 2/3 view of the face. Do one or the other for best results.
I would just darken around her eye.. if you need this actual photograph.. otherwise just take the shot again and turn her head more one way or the other...

If you try to darken around the eye, your going to end up with an "odd" shape to the face, almost disfiguring resulting in making the viewer uncomfortable and not a flattering look for the model at all.
Sorry to say, even thou this model is every pretty this picture can not be saved and you will need to re-shot it. Next time have her turn either more to the camera so the eye is more visible or have her turn so only one eye is in the frame.
What the other posters have said is true.
You can't hang her eyeball off of her cheek.
You have to see not only her right eye...but both iris' or do a full profile.
A good book to learn about how to pose someone in portraiture (it's not just whatever you want to do is good....there are things that improve a shot and things that make a shot look worse) is an EBook by Wayne Radford "Natural Light Portraiture". He shows all the poses, talks about different lighting styles and when and why you'd use them and how to get the results you want. It's about 20.00 or so.

Photoshop the right eye completely out of the image. Not hard to do, as all else in that area is monotone black
Right eye is eerie and the left eye lid looks all red and strange....
