I had a great time taking these shots.A richmond police officer watched me take the shot of light trails.I had a great time talking to him.

Al, I moved from the Richmond area to Alaska about 4 years ago, and those shots really bring back memories. I remember taking a photography class (pre-digital!) through the community college, and one of our shoots was from a high area near the SunTrust bank building on the south side of the James overlooking the railroad yard with the river and city in the background. We started shooting just before dark, then into the darkness, and it was great fun. Thanks for sharing!

thank you Tom.It is always nice to have memories of home i am from new hampshire.have been living in richmond 17 years. night shot on maury st over pass over 95.morning sunrise at city point hopewell.
