How can someone be charged with murder, when all they did was remove a chunk of unviable tissue! Murder is a capitol offense, it is not something an individual brings against someone else, it is a crime against society. The state charges and prosecutes murder.

Now, my Orwellian liberal friends.. using doublespeak and double thought- explain how something can be alive and apparently human and yet unviable tissue at the same time? When removing it can result in murder... it isn't a person, I have heard over and over, how can you murder it?

Being completely against A******n, I suppose the murder charge could be because the Mother to be wanted the child, not an a******n of any sort. But it does seem a bit strange to me that in the USA, the same thing can happen what a "Suspect" causes the death of an unborn child, they can be charged with Murder...?????

I have issue with someone deciding if it is human or not at their whim. The silence from left is proof how uncomfortable this situation is to them.

Once again, the mother can't bring murder charges in the death of the child she bore, the state has to do that, along with the obvious assault. The question is, how in this case did the state arrive at the decision? Did they ask… "did you want the baby? Were you raped when the child was conceived? Were you related to the father? If any of these answers are what they want to hear.. they decide then if it's murder?- it hinges on that?? . After all,according to them it is the mothers right to do with it as she wish's…. Or did they say.. "are you OK with this? If so, we'll just charge them with attempted murder of the mother, the tissue mass has no bearing on the charge". Isn't this exactly the basic decision at a late-term a******n??? Isn't it the choice of the mother if is it murder or not in that situation ?

WHO MADE THE DECISION IT WAS MURDER AND HOW- SOMONE AT THE STATE HAD TO MAKE THE DECISION!

For the record .. it absolutely was murder. I laugh at the hypocrisy and doublethink of the left in agreeing that it was in this case, when they spend so much time de-humaninzing the "tissue mass" involved when its the mothers decision in a late-term a******n ( I reluctantly support a******n up to 20 months, or in special circumstances... but not after that. This is in line with the rest of the civilized world except for China, North Korea, Netherlands, Canada and the US) .

Liberals are very free with the decision… and h**e those who have decided that it is human and seek to protect it. To them, it hinges on the mothers whim. I think it is always human or it is always not… only in Orwells world and the liberal mind that it is considered both.
