Jupiter and Saturn are favorites of mine but Saturn is up a little late yet.
So here's another Jupiter with the Great Red Spot.

Nice shot Craig... I will have to try Jupiter with my old Dynamo 8 one day soon. It has been packed away since last Thanksgiving... had too much clutter in the house and since I got the Tamron 150-600 I have been using it. I'll have to improve upon my Jupiter shot with it... I am not quite satisfied with my first results... too fuzy and grainy... I used too high of an ISO and the seeing wasn't very good the night I snapped a couple of photos of it... I have to go through a learning curve with Jupiter the same way I did with the Moon...

Thank you Bruce and I know what you mean about getting stuck on the Tamron 150-600.
It will be fun to put the Tamron up against the 8" on the Moon and Planets.
