Where did they all come from?

Out of the blue, on our first warm day, the bumblebees found the lavender bush. I could not believe how many bees there were on this one plant.
I use manual settings, my speedlite and a 105mm lens on my Nikon 5100 camera
Love the contrast of the bee and the lavender.
