Unless you can get very close up, an all black pet mostly comes out as a black blob unless the lighting is just right. I found the neither kids or pets will wait for that. :(

I have another black cat (Dug) that I have posted on here. I guess I have been lucky with taking pictures of black cats. They seems to come out pretty good. But she was a challenge. Every time I hit the button she would move or just not look at me.
