Aurora Borealis Alert

I just read, on another board, about chances of the Aurora Borealis being visible at latitudes lower than usual.

Unfortunately, I'm at about 38ยบ 33' - too far south, but the Northern folks might get a chance.

Kind of like the folks in St Lucia warning those in New Brunswick about a snow storm.

I've got an eye on the sky. Never seen one, hoping to get pics. :)

If you want to keep up with aurora alerts, try this site:
http://www.spaceweather.com/

And 38 deg might be far enough north given how big this one is supposed to be.

I've also got clouds rolling in, and a near-full moon, but I may take a peek.

They were viewed in Great Falls, MT last night. We have a chance after Midnight tonight if the clouds will lift.
