2 Questions I Have About the Picture Forum

Question #1- I posted a New Topic yesterday on the Picture Forum and had to do an edit on it immediately, and after I posted it again, the "(new topic)" in Topic column was gone. Why was it eliminated, and is there a way of putting it back without re-posting it?
Question #2 - Is there away of changing Topic text after posting it on the Picture Forum or do you have to re-post it?

1) You don't see it because the topic is not new to you. Other people see it as new topic.
2) There is a link Edit Topic's Title near top left. You can edit the title for up to one hour after creating the topic.
