Adobe RGB 1998 or sRGB? Comments.
What will you be using it for?
Adobe RGB is what we give to offset printers these days and let them convert to CMYK from there.
sRGB is what's typically on the web and what I send to get most prints made. The color space on Adobe RGB is bigger, but you have to keep in mind what the output is capable of producing. Some printers and monitors can't print or display all the capability of the aAdobe RGB space.
This is kind of like the RAW vs jpeg question: do all your work in Adobe RGB and convert to sRGB when you need it. A good topic for frequently asked questions...
