We were out and about yesterday and I loved the mist/fog rising above the snow. Tried to capture some photos of it.

Great shots Sue, they look like Xmas cards to me.
#1&2 excellent on download, #2 my favorite, the grey sky, white farm building, and leading lines of the fence, composition and contrast of the dark fence against the white background. #1 great scenic snow capture in contrast with the trees.
Thank you so much, Dan, for looking and commenting!
Nice set Sue, I really like the first shot and the barn with the pop of red!!! ....but I'm tired of this!!
Show me some sun........ 8 more inches today!!
:-D
Yep, we're getting the same as you...and it's coming down fast and furious! Can't wait for SPRING!! I'm staying in and doing wash today! :) Thanks for looking, Angela!

Great photos, Sue! The second one sparked a question, though... What type of animals do they keep behind that fence? Out here (CO) the only time that we see electric fences that high are when the ranchers are raising buffalo.
They have goats, halman. That's the only animal I've seen there. Thanks so much for looking and commenting!

Very nice ones Sue, especially "misty forest".
The fog adds a mystery and beauty - though it'd be much more appealing if I thought these were shot in December :)
Nice shots sailorsmom!
In #2... what is the reason for the high fence? What kind of animals is raised there?
Damn it! I was all set to make fun of you, but these are actually nice pictures!
