The 'ShowTime'(set it, and forget it) rottiseree oven, makes a mighty fine rib roast too. Even I can cook one, without messing it up.

It's the part that is slightly burnt and tastes real good, of course it is not good for you. Carcinogens.

Yeh but what a way to go. :thumbup: My grandfather ate that and a lot of other unhealthy things and lived to be 87. Only the last few months did he start to go down hill.

yup ate gravy, tators, greasy bacon.. but be he worked everyday hard. more likely not obese :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:
