I have been very pleased with my snowflake macros. That is, until I saw this site and this guy's photos: http://chaoticmind75.blogspot.ru/2013/08/my-technique-for-snowflakes-shooting.html

His photos make mine look pretty amateurish.

Wow; I have no idea how I'd attempt this. If it means I have to live in a freezing place I may never know!!!

Cheer up, there's always people better than you or me at anything.
But... there's always a ton of people that are way worse!
Or won't even try!
but yeah, those are really really way past whatever I can do.

Don't get me wrong. I am very pleased with the results of my snowflake photos. But this guy's work has now set a new goal for me.
