A favorite scene from a trip to Germany several years ago. Other than cropping out the cars is there anything that can be done to improve it?
Suggest you post in the post processing section.

Thanks for the input, somrting to consider
you could clone out the graffiti
The file you uploaded is quite small, and has a lot of noise. But I love the composition and scene, so thanks for the opportunity!
I cropped some of foreground and sky. In first two I added a little color to the sky, though someone more proficient could do it much better.
In #1 I did tonal contrast and other edits for clarity and brightness.
#2 I did softer to get rid of the noise (as best I know how, which isn't very expert :) )
In #3 I added a slight blurring for a more artsy approach.
#4 is Topaz Simplify, one of the painting effects.
having a little trouble downloading my rendition

I removed the cars in Elements 13 then played in Smart Photo Editor

Loc: FL in the winter & MN in the summer
Called Joe's towing and had the cars removed!
where in Germany was this taken ?
I made some light adjustments to the photo. Then I did a color adjustment . then added a high pass filter to try to sharpen it some . then a tone map . I think it came out ok . the photo was not sharp to start with so limits the adjustment values . Hope you like my version .
