A favorite scene from a trip to Germany several years ago. Other than cropping out the cars is there anything that can be done to improve it?

The file you uploaded is quite small, and has a lot of noise. But I love the composition and scene, so thanks for the opportunity!

I cropped some of foreground and sky. In first two I added a little color to the sky, though someone more proficient could do it much better.

In #1 I did tonal contrast and other edits for clarity and brightness.

#2 I did softer to get rid of the noise (as best I know how, which isn't very expert :) )

In #3 I added a slight blurring for a more artsy approach.

#4 is Topaz Simplify, one of the painting effects.

I made some light adjustments to the photo. Then I did a color adjustment . then added a high pass filter to try to sharpen it some . then a tone map . I think it came out ok . the photo was not sharp to start with so limits the adjustment values . Hope you like my version .
