how might i undo aa spot retouch?
2. what key is undo in camera raw?
3. where is the history in light room?-if i want to go back a few steps..
thank you
In Lightroom Develop Mode, there's a panel on the LH side - click on the little arrow to bring it out.
The history is there. You can undo anything you did by going back down the list to a step before the action you want to undo.
In Camera Raw, press and hold down the Ctrl key. Then tap the "z" key. This action deletes the previous step.
You can click on the dot in the middle of the spot removal tool to activate it. Then press the keyboard Delete key. This action will delete the spot removal pin.
This description should help, too:
"Undo and Redo in Adobe Camera Raw
Although Adobe or Photoshop Camera Raw does not have any Undo and Redo commands in menu this doesnt mean you can not use them. Undo, Redo, Step Backward and Step Forward commands are available in Camera Raw through exact same shortcuts as in Photoshop: Ctrl + Z for Undo, Redo is second Ctrl + Z, Step Backward Alt + Ctrl + Z and Step Forward Shift + Ctrl + Z. You can use multiple undos and redos for any action performed inside Camera Raw."

Allen and view are correct; Lightroom can also create snapshots ( click on the + sign in the History tab. Command/Control Z in Lightroom will also give you undo.
Most adobe Photoshop software responds to 'Ctrl' + Z to undo.

In Lightroom, Ctrl Z will always undo an edit. Ctrl Y will always undo an undo in case you went a step or two beyond what you wanted to do.

Also, use Ctrl+Alt + Z to keep un-doing as far back as you like
Spot removal - click on pin then move the area in question around or del
History in LR is in left panel in Develop mode
You may have to go into your settings and change the number of undo's if you think you may need to go back many times.

Ctrl-Z is the universal Undo combination for just about all computer programs. It even works with posts here.
