I just saw a LensAlign Mkll lens focus calibration system on the B&H website. Does anyone know how this works? I recently read a post on UHH about lens focus calIbration and am very interested in trying this with my Nikon D90. Has anyone done this on a D90? Thanks.

I own a D90 and one thing I know is you can't micro adjust focus on a lens until you get into the D300 and higher bodies. I haven't done the test described though.

I just did it to my D7000.
The lens align looks like a handy thng to have, but a ruler worked fine for me.
Also, I've never had to do this with any of my cameras before the D7000.
