I live in Massachusetts and use Hunts all the time. The only time I order online (B&H or Adorama) is when I'm too lazy to drive 20 minutes!!
The people at Hunts are all photographers and willing to share the knowledge and experience. I wouldn't hesitate using them.

for me out in the western US B&H and Adorama gets to me the fastest and no sales tax For me Amazon is a lot slower and they do have a distribution center in my state so I don't know why. Plus with Amazon I have to pay sales tax. B&H gets my product to me in 3 days while Amazon takes over 2 weeks.
