Nice shots, hope you had a great time. The power plant you speak of must be Tampa Electric. Worked for one of their sub's in Louisiana for a little over 34 years.

Yes, in fact they do a good job hosting the tourists with parking and a boardwalk over the warm area and of course, a gift shop. Well worth the stop. Tony

I have a shot of the Universal Globe from, what appears to be, exactly the same spot. It's a lovely place don't you think?

Harry Potter areas were the biggest draw for adults and grand daughters, but yes they run a fine clean park. Staying on grounds cost more but the car stays parked and we used their boats right to the park entrance just past the globe.

Yes! I also learned the Clearwater Aquarium is a marine rehab and the movie 'Dolphin Tail' was filmed there based on a true story of Winter the dolphin that lost part of her tail and was fitted with a prothesis that allowed her to swim.
