Sometimes the cryptic topics ("Titles") of General Forum posts are...irksome- I this case a teaser/reminder of sorts.
I've dealt with B&H Photo numerous times. I just got off phone with Herschel of B&H (a fellow UHHer). An order with a missing package (it WAS shipped) and a price discrepancy.
Everything was immediately 100% resolved by Herschel today on the $?, and George yesterday on the "where's my stuff?- I know you shipped it!- too long ago."
People at B&H perhaps don't hear often enough what a pleasure it is to do business with a company such as theirs that strives to please both in price AND service! They immediately resolve the inevitable occasional problem in e-commerce. Atta-Boy Gentlemen! THANKS.

I got a note saying they were sorry about my displeasure with what they sent me, Re-furbished D 7000 came with a bad charger. I felt bad about that, I wasn't unhappy shoot I get most everything from them and this is the first glitch ever. Every body put's out a Monday product now and then. Got a really nice letter back from them. Those people are first class!
Good to know. This will be the place I order my next camera and equipment.
There are stores where you can get a good price and there are stores where you can get good service. B&H is one of those rare stores where you get both.
Same for Adorama.
