My local auto parts store has larger ones (about the size of a hand towel or wash cloth, sort of a terry cloth type finish). I see these are selling on Amazon, too.
Zeiss Lens Cleaning Wipes, individually wrapped wipes sold in the Optical Department at Walmart. Grab a handful and throw them in your camera bag (or pocket) before going out for a photo shoot.
I use the Walmart lens cleaning solution that I use for my eyeglasses. I spray it on a microfiber cloth and gently clean the lens with a swirling motion starting in the center of the lens and working out to the edge.
Lens specific tissue from a photo retailer and lens cleaning fluid from same. Blow brush or the "rocket" blower, a clean tooth brush (gets all the dirt/dust out of cracks etc.) a very soft well washed cotton cloth and a shoe polish brush(clean) for large areas excluding the glass.
