I'm thinking the Smithsonian curators hope he doesn't build this behemoth. Where will they put it?
What practical use will it have, and how long will it take him to get $10 million in donations to acquire his goal?

Hope he is successful with this venture. I'd like to see him and the camera in action. I'd even like to put on some old clothes and help with the film and print processing.
