Yep the 2nd pic is Agate. The pics under 'nice rock' from what I can tell are various agates and copper (probably Peacock Copper ore). I used to cut stones and Agate can be made into many different things. With the fossil present, the agate may have come from the fossilized material, which is referred to as protolith material (provided the stones are from the same geologic area). The agate is a metamorphic rock transformed from the protolith by physical and/or chemical changes in the Earth's crust. I've made some jewelry from agate and it is quite nice to work with. They aren't real valuable as compared to other semi-precious stones, but some rare forms can fetch a nice price among agate cutters/collectors.
