Try this link.http://yongnuo.com.cn/usermanual/pdf/YN-622N-. I went google search and the same address come up and I tried it and it worked for me this way. I tried the one you had and it would not. Look the same but different results.

Yup! They look identical but yours worked in Chrome after about two minutes of wheel spinning. Thanks, OT!
