I am unable to upload my pictures. I have done all of the necessary steps to do so.

Describe the steps your taking. It's rather easy. One thing that needs mentioned - don't preview. If you do, you will have to reattach the file. Weird right?

I've seen some posters say that using Chrome helps alleviate the problem. Also don't hit preview on your message--it makes the files with your pictures disappear. Check to make sure you are using jpg and that your files aren't too big. I hope you get it straightened out. :-)

I had the same problem till I change to google chrome as something about internet explorer doesn't let you upload pictures here also the size might be a problem
