Need more help

I have two Hawk pictures. The first one is smaller than the second. and the head is different. I am having trouble figuring out if one is a Cooper's Hawk and one is a Sharp Shinned and if so which is which.

Beautiful captures. Sorry, can't tell, but I'm certain someone on the forum will be able to correctly ID these handsome raptors.

Thank you Number 1 was taken by the river and number 2 was in my back yard.

I think #1 is a Sharp-Shinned and #2 possibly an immature Cooper's. but now being able to see all of him I can't be sure.

What part do you need to see I have some other shots of number 2 as he was eating a mourning dove when I took the pictures.

The back and tail mainly.

Yes I'm pretty sure now. It is an immature Cooper's. Nice shots by the way. I can never get close enough to get anything nearly this clear.

Thank you for your help. While he was eating I got within 10 feet of him before he grabbed his food and took off. He has been back 2 more times,
