Amazing shots - the virbrant colors, blue jeans hadn't been invented for the masses yet, and those doo's!! Thanks for sharing...and a thanks to those men and women who paved the way for our current generations to exist.

Remind me again why digital has taken over from film. For that matter, seeing these, remind me why digital even is

Remember, this is a digital link to the old photos. It would be hard for thousands to see prints with this much ease.

I concur, these are still scanned, and then sent digitally
Send me a self addressed stamped envelope and I'll send you a picture I took last week...

Digital is here to stay ..so get use to it. If you want to keep shooting in film..go for it. Both methods have pluses and minus, but digital is here to stay and will continue to improve our way of taking photograph. I hope???

Reminds me. Prior to becoming a Navy Nurse, my mother worked in a factory in northern Ohio. That factory was critical to the war effort. They had top priority for aluminum and solder. Ran 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I still have one of her finished products that she made … a Canteen.
